A true blue Dublin girl, Emma was born, raised and schooled in the Fair City. Following a gap year in 1998, she ended up at uni in Bristol. With a healthy nod to the west country apple farmers, Emma managed to get a degree in law and french. But no sooner was she out of the gown and mortar board, she ditched the legal aspirations and happened apon a job in film production. The Honeymooners proved to be a honeymoon indeed as the film biz dream lasted but a year... Emma decided to move to London where she joined the BBC. After a couple of years perfecting her jazz hands on Saturday night entertainment shows, she threw in the sequinned towelette and signed up for the nitty, gritty job of entertaining the British youth of today as a Producer for BBC Switch. Two years on and Emma is uprooting and is going antipodean for a year where her plan is to lend a hand to the RFP team in New Zealand. She will sing for her supper by doing a marathon kiwi-style and will try to squeeze money and support for RFP from man and beast across the land.
